Can this system run a Minecraft Server?

Hey, I'm making a pc build dedicated to my Minecraft server so no other software and apps will be on it. Strictly for the server. The server I'm planning to make will be a Modded Minecraft server version 1.7.10. Consisting of a maximum of 30 mods (currently have 24 adding more later if needed). The server will hold a maximum of 6 players.
Here is what I've got
I5 2500s
8gb DDR3
128gb SSD
500mbps down
375mbps up
Edit: Will be using Windows 10.

Will I be able to run it?
Will it run smoothly?
Would I need a better CPU?
Do I need a GPU?
