Can this system run windows 8?

I am upgrading an old desktop PC and I have decided to upgrade to windows 8 from windows vista I am also upgrading my cpu, RAM, hard drive and motherboard and I need to know does this system meet the requirements of windos 8;
Intel pentium g3420 dual core 3.20 ghz (i am using the onboard graphics as well)
4 GB DDR3 1333mhz RAM
Asus H81M-PLUS
Seagate barracuda 500GB sata 3 hard drive
220 watt PSU
Also is this system compatiable?

it will be the basic one that is already in the system and has been no problem so far. The computer I am going to upgrade is very old and it is the acer aspire m1100 and i dont know what type of psu it is but this is going to be a basic pc for storing things on and browsing the internet and that is about it no games or photo editing or anything else

If it is old, DO NOT use it. It is not Haswell compliant. Get this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-bp350 VERY high quality $30 PSU. It would be terrible to build this new system and have it fry due to that old PSU.
