[SOLVED] Can this UPS handle my pc?

Good day Everyone!
I bought this UPS because I often get quick voltage dips or low voltage around 2-3 secs every now and then and i thought i was safe because i had an AVR. My friend suggested me to buy an UPS because that might have caused burnt cables and psu slots. But after i charged this ups for 12 hours and tested the UPS to turn on the pc without plugging in to the wall, the pc only turned on for 5 secs and it shutdown. Am i doing something wrong? I'm not really knowledgeable with these components so I would like to ask for your advice. Thanks

The one you have is insufficient. I would suggest a 1500 Va UPS.
