Can this UPS power my system for under 5minutes?

I am looking to buy a UPS for under $40. And this is what I have in mind CyberPower CP350SLG Standby UPS 350VA 255W Compact

My pc specs are:
intel core i5 4460
evga geforce gtx 950 2gb ftw
550w xfx ts 550w
asrock h97m pro4 micro atx
pny 120gb ssd
wd 1tb hdd
5 case fans
Will this UPS be able to power on my system after a blackout for like 4minutes or less? So I have time to power off my system?

That UPS can only output 255w. I don't think you could even run your system under a gaming load it would shut off due to over drawing.
You should really shoot for something ~850VA minimum

Your computer will shutdown while gaming when there is NOT a power loss.
Cyberpower states that UPS will only last 2 minutes at full load, 8 at half load (which will be when your computer is idle)

That's a bit hard. Personally I wouldn't drop below a 400w UPS (assuming you are also tossing on a monitor to have power).
