Can this work without bottleneck?

Hi. I was just wondering if a GTX 750TI MSI ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-1085MHz-1163MHz-DL-DVI-D-Graphics/dp/B00I602S92/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1404027973&sr=8-3&keywords=GTX+750TI ) would be a bottleneck if installed alongside an AMD A8 6500 APU @ 3.5/3.8 GHz?

Oh and sorry but I forgot to mention my PSU is 300W. I don't mind replacing it.

The EVGA version is a better choice. and yes, it should work fine, however, upgrqading the CPU + MOBO is recommended

Is upgrading the CPU and Mobo like a compulsory option if you know what I mean? Like without a new Mobo or CPU will there be significant Bottleneck?

Significant ? I don't think so. Maybe a loss of 1-3 FPS ? APUs aren't really good. They're ideal if you have a tiny case with no space for a GPU
