Question can those 2 rams work together?

Team elite+ 4gb ddr3 1600 11-11-11-28 1.5v
Kingston hyperX 8gb ddr3 1866 10-11-10-30 1.5v

I'm already using the 8gb one but I need the extra ram, and if they do work would i need to do anything in bios or will they just work automatically?
