So I was playing a game and there was a wire stuck under my PC. So in the middle of running the game, I gently tilted the PC up a little bit to get the wire out from under it. Would moving the PC like that damage it in anyway while its performing? And just to specify, I was gentle while tilting it.

Solution
The component most likely to be affected by movement is HDDs and even HDDs can handle 5-10g operational shocks without much chance of damage.

You probably did not even apply 1g worth of acceleration when you lifted it and unless you let it drop back on the ground or whatever surface it is normally resting on, it is unlikely to have exceeded 1g on the way down either.
