Can Total War: WARHAMMER run on my PC with these specs?

I'm planning to get this when i upgrade my pc. Here are my specs:
i3-4160
GTX 950 Asus OC
10GB of Ram
I'm gonna play on medium 1080p

Is it possible that my CPU and/or GPU will overheat?

They won't overheat also it will run at around 40-60 fps which is totally fine for a strategy game. No worries.
