Lately I have been getting random shut downs for "American Megatrends" and its cause of ASUS anti surge support was triggered, and when I checked my max voltage is 12V and its 11V usually, and so I read some posts and they say its fine to turn it off but I mean I am not a pc expert or anything so idk if turning it off can damage my pc

Nominal voltage in a computer should be 12V. Technically anything down to 11.4 will work. On a decent power supply it should stay a little above 12V at most times.

Sounds like a BIOS setting, so yes, not going to harm anything to turn it off. Just means the system will stay on when there is a small voltage spike rather than shutting down to protect itself.

For maximum safety a line conditioner / UPS is an option.
