Can two 1080ti in sli run on one 165hz monitor in 4k?

So just to keep it simple I want to know two things. Number 1: I want to run 2 GTX 1080ti SC2 cards in SLI in my system but I am only getting 2 monitors. One of them is an Asus ROG 31.5" 1440p 144hz which is the one I WANT to game on. The other is also a Asus ROG strix 27" 1080p 144hz that I DO NOT want to game on but simply have open for other applications such as YouTube. Would this be possible to do I know i would not be utilizing the SLI I just have the budget right now and would prefer this set up. Number 2 I currently have a 750w power supply by Corsair now, obviously I'm going to upgrade PSU's I just need to know if I should get a Corsair RMx series 1000w or a Corsair RMx 850w I was kinda leaning towards the 1000w just to be safe and I feel like that would be my best bet. Please help I wanna upgrade soon!

Current Computer Specs:
Processor: Intel i5 8400 (do plan on upgrading to a 7700k or 8700k as to not bottleneck the new cards)
AIO Cooler: NZXT Kraken x52
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengance RGB 16GB DDR4 3000MHz
Storage: 1TB WD blue, 2/3TB WD blue (can't remember) and a 250GB Samsung SSD
MOBO: NZXT N7
GPU: Rx 560 4GB
Power Supply: Corsair RMX750w

Please anyone who answers you can go into detail id love different oppinions, pros/cons, etc everything helps!:)

Solution
1440p as in 2560x1440? If that's the case, a single 1080ti can handle it.

Wait for the 9700k and get that.

And for the 9700k and 1080ti, a 650/750w corsair rmx, seasonic focus plus, evga g2 /g3 would do.

I'll give you a CON on the SLI...there are not many gaming titles that support it anymore, and even when they do, you get an uplift in performance of AT MOST 50% in a highly optimized SLI application. Usually you will see gains of around 25-30% (over using a single card of the same type), and that's only IF the game/application supports it.

There may be other applications that utilize SLI resources better than games...but if you're thinking SLI for gaming, it's largely a waste of money.

The card you get will probably have more than one output (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.). Use DisplayPort for your gaming, as that can scale up to higher framerates and resolutions than HDMI (as I understand it...someone correct me if I'm wrong). You can have two monitors on one card...you do NOT need two graphics cards for two monitors.
