Laptop Lenovo IdeaPad S340-15API, 15.6", AMD Ryzen 3 3200U, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD. or

Acer Intle i3 6006u, 8 gb RAM, 500 GB HDD. Mainly its gonna be used for photoshop.

None. Please choose a better laptop for God's sake. Pick something that has IPS display with decent color gamut and with a dedicated Nvidia GPU or you are going to waste your money on something that you will regret buying.

Had an IdeaPad before, I don't recommend it AT ALL. Period.
