[SOLVED] Can u put a 1070/Ti in this mobo?

Hi,i plan on buying 1070/ti to replace my r9 380.I'll purchase the 1070/ti in like year or two.Im just wondering if i can put it in lenovo ih61m mobo.
Its from lenovo thinkcentre edge 72 if you are wondering.Im pairing with i7 3770 and 16gb of ram.I will buy a new psu for it,since many people have told me that my chieftec elp 700s 700W isnt gonna be good for it.Thanks in advance

Solution
yeah i know.My R9 380 has a tdp of 190W,while 1070/ti has a tdp of 180W.So theoretically my psu should handle it with ease, but people say it will not.

That's a bit like saying "people say I shouldn't drive my car while drunk, but I drove home drunk yesterday and it was fine, so I guess it's OK to drive drunk."

That it didn't do enough long-term damage to your R9 380 to blow up anything doesn't mean that it was a good idea in the first place. It's still not a good idea. Except now you're just doubling down the bet with a GPU that was always more expensive than the R9 380. Instead of drunk-driving in your old Toyota, you'd be drunk-driving in your new BMW.

I mean seeing that that r9 worked I'd assume the 1070 TI would work just fine too
