I believe that you mean or are concerned about some form of electromagnetic radiation as is commonly a concern by some cell phone users.

But if you are truly concerned, USB's are very inexpensive.

Just get another USB drive with a case. Transfer the data from the uncased drive to a cased USB drive and be done with it all.
