I'm wondering that, can Vega 64 nitro+ and i7-9700K run 144hz monitor? I mean that do i need stable 144+FPS in game to keep the 144hz running?

My 2700X & 1060 6GB can run decent(ish) frames @ 144hz (Just bought an MSI 32"2K 144hz monitor) and your V64 is massively more powerful, so yes. Of course depends on the game & such as everyone' s end system is different, but a V64 + that 9700K of yours which is a damn good CPU should have no probs. How much RAM you have?
Your monitor can display higher than 144 FPS. With vSynch on, it'll cap at 144fps @ 144hz.
My RAM will be an 8GB DDR4 Team Group T-force, is it good?
I'd suggest you double that to 16GB. If that's not possible at the moment, then make sure your RAM is 2x4GB and not 1 strip of 8GB (Unless you plan on buying another stick of the same 8GB in the very near future) To help prevent any performance issues, try to avoide having multiple strips of RAM in differnt GB sizes installed.
As for TeamForce RAM itself, while I've never used that brand, it does seem to have good reviews on both Amazon & Newegg.
Im going to get 1 more of that RAM like you said "in the very near future". But why you say when i have only 1 strip it'll cause performance issues? Becouse I already ordered it...
