[SOLVED] Can vga cable cause game crash and pixelated?

so i have bought new rx 470, but it keep crashing and every crash cause pixelated screen, i had vga converter to dvi but only for the gpu, i still using vga cable for monitor, can it cause game crash, include graphic driver crash with pixelated screen?

The cable doesn't cause issues unless the cable itself is broken. But even then, the most that happens is you don't get an image.
