I assume you are referring to PMs here at TH/TG. If that is the case, you can report the issue to any of the moderators and we'll look into it.

There is no block feature as part of our PM capabilities.

If we have members abusing their PM privileges, the moderators have tools to deal with that. Members don't.

This blocking ability may come in a few months when we change the underlying software that the site is built upon. In the meantime, if you have an issue with a particular member, just PM any moderator and we'll investigate.
