I want to connect my office to my home network that is 500 meter far is their any device avliable that can extend wireless network limit upto 500 meters

at 500meters you will likely need outdoor bridge equipment on both ends of the connection. If you are very lucky you might get by with directional outdoor bridge on just one end but it very much depends on how much signal can pass you external wall. You need clear line of sight between the location...it will not go though house,building,or even trees.
