Can we feel ssd speed difference?

So i want to buy SSD,there are two option. The first one is 480MB/s and the second one is 550MB/s but its more expensive. Both of them are 250gb.
My question is, will there any big difference between ssd 480MB/s and 550MB/s?

Nope, you won't even notice the difference unless you do some heavy work that relies strongly on hard drive speed. Make sure to read reviews well before buying. Just because something is cheap doesn't mean it's good, same thing for the expensive one.

that is a whopping 70miliseconds difference.. just so you understand that is 0.07 second
Mathematically the 550ms would be (550/480) = 1.45% faster and therefore the 480ms will be (480/550) = 0.87% slower

your eye blinks at 300 to 400ms...(0.30 to 0.40) the difference between these drives is so minimal you can blink about 1/4 of your eye and its done.
