Can we follow an RSS feed for a topic ?

is it possible to subscribe to a RSS per topic ? For example I would like to follow this one by RSS is it possible ?

I'm not sure RSS feeds have been implemented with the forums.
Tagging @SHaines (one of our community managers) who can more easily confab with the developers to see if it's been implemented and if so, how to access the feed and if not, if it might be implemented sometime in the future.
