Can we / How can we remove specific threads from the "Threads with your posts" menu?

when loading this option, "Threads with your posts" multiple times daily i am presented with many threads that i do not wish to visit again and do not wish to see that they have been updated.
they just take up space on this page.
how could i possibly remove certain threads from this menu?
or am i just stuck seeing them for the life of my membership here?

should we just stick with "Watched" options instead?
and can those menus be edited, cleaned out, sorted easier?

Threads with your posts can not be modified. If you posted in a thread, its a "Thread with your post". You should use watched threads instead, its easy enough to unwatch a thread you no longer want to see, and if your options are configured properly anything you post in will automatically be added to watched, so you should not miss anything.

There are no additional sorting options in Watched. They are in chronological order based on last post.
