Can we install win 2008 r2 server 64 bit on amd phenom ii x6

can we install win 2008 r2 server 64 bit on amd phenom ii x6 with Win 7 32 bit already installed on it.

Yes you can. Do you want the option to keep both R2 64 and Win7 32?
If so, you can setup a dual boot option. You'll need to install R2 64 to a separate HDD partition or a separate HDD.
