I am having an Asrock b150 pro4/hyper mobo with latest bios update (7.20) for kabylake processor...I know that kaby lake non k cpus are locked from bclk overclock. But does that mean my current bios version do not support non k skylake overclock.(because i am planning to buy a skylake processor as my current processor cannot be overclocked)

I am sorry if it confuses anyone..

nb:The current bios although have an option to change bclk frequency.(I am worried if it will work)

I don't know for sure, but I remember reading that only z170 boards could overclock non-k chips, but if you buy one of those you might as well get a k chip if it's within ~$30 of the non-k. Also this kind of overclocking isn't officially supported by Intel so proceed at your own risk. What is your budget for a new CPU/mobo/RAM?

You can, but it's not made for it so you could damage your processor, not overclock a lot and not get a lot of performances.
