Can we play nfs shift with intel graphics accelerator hd core i3

hey , I have core i3 2.21 laptop with 3 gb Ram & 1074gb intel graphics accelerator HD core i3. so i want to know can i play NFS shift in this laptop?

I have a sony vaio vceb26fg. I was playing nfs shift demo with full HD resolution . the details were on medium. and I had no issues. 5650 can handle nfs shift provided you don't go full details on HD . I tried full details and could see very minor jerky screen, on medium it was perfect.
