Question Can we remove Motherboard's Heatsink if SSD already has one?

Hi, I Have a Gigabyte Aorus Nvme SSD RGB 256GB and I am planning to buy the motherboard Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra. So both have Hestsinks on them and I prefer the SSD's heatsink as it has RGB. Anyway I can Successfully put my SSD on it.

Yeah, the motherboard will come with screws(and possibly standoffs) you can use if you don't want to use the ones meant for the motherboard's own m.2 heatsinks. The 3 boards I've got from different brands that came with m.2 heatsinks all came with extra screws.
