can Win 10 pro OEM be installed on a new pc with Win 10 home OEM? If so, any suggestions? Thanks

New pc for work, which must be encrypted for work. Like idea of bitlocker.
New pc has Win 10 Home OEM.
Can I install Win 10 Pro OEM on top of that?

Don't post your actual license key in a public forum!

Yes, you can upgrade that to Win 10 Pro, provided you have a valid license for Pro.

Posting a product key on a public forum is a terrible idea I removed it for you.
Best option would be to use the upgrade option and just upgrade to pro rather than buying a full license.
