Can Windows 10 run games pretty fine on 2 GB RAM and 256 MB Graphic Card?

I was wondering if installing Windows 10 on a 2 GB RAM and 256 MB Graphic Card Driver on a computer is good enough to run games from 2008 and 2012 like Wizard101 and Pirate101 (Mind you. I don't like the overrated games of these days and Pirate101 specifically is special to me)


So, Would it be good enough? Keep in mind both games require only 512 MB RAM in order to run smoothly.

If you don't open a Browser or run an AV then 2gb is a pretty tight fit.
