Can windows 7 handel 16gig of ram

just wanna know if i can run 16gig of ram on windows 7 prof got myself a new i5 pc please help me

Yes windows 7 can run 16GB of memory but it will only show 4GB in the 32bit version, get the 64bit version to utilize all that memory.

Do you really need all that ram?8gb should be enough for every personal application.Anyways it can handle 16gb just fine if it is the 64bit version.
