Can windows preform what rocks os does?

I'm not sure if you guys know of rocks but it's a Linux os that allows you to link computers together and they will share resources based on how many computers you have. For example there's the host computer that talks to the outside world and the host computer that talks to the let's say 10 computers that you have hooked up. Have you guys heard of anything similar to this that windows can do and or any other os that can do it?

I don't think that will help you game. You can only do what the code allows you to do. I would love to see virtual sli over the air work well, but that would be ridiculous.
