Can xfx ts 450w handle evga gtx 960

I just bought the psu(mentioned in the title) and i was planning to get evga gtx960 ssc. So can i run it or nah? Any Gpu recommendations, which can be run with the same psu, are welcomed. Cpu:i5 4440 and 8gb ram

youre better off with a rx 480, both card will rune great, but the rx 480 is way more powerfull

Why???
Graphics card vendors are wise to overclocking.
They bin the chips and the better ones go into factory overclocked versions that sell for a bit more.
We all want something for nothing I know.
Better to buy a factory overclocked card if you really need the small boost.
