Can you add gpu to and apu?

Hey guys i got an pc some time ago, and it can play loads of different games, but i would like to play games like Gta V.
My questions for you guys are, can i add a gpu? and can you tell me which gpu i can use if i can.

Yes, you can add discrete graphics as long as your Motherboard supports it, the power supply can deliver the necessary power, and it physically fits in your case. I can't give you more information without knowing what card you are trying to install.
