Downgrading to a 470 from a 480 for 16gb of RAM instead of 8? why is yours a better build?

I would go with the RX480 and 8GB RAM as well, upgrading RAM at a later time is always possible but sell a RX470 and buy a RX480 later is not really a possiblity
