1000Mbps, only if it works...:)

Take out a loan for a hard drive? Yeah, OK.
It's not the 'price', its the price per GB. A regular SATA 500GB drive can be had for not much over $200.

Eventually, m.2 SSD prices will come down. 3.5x the price is simply too much, currently.
Just like regular SATA SSD's were initially. Too expensive per GB.

And eventually, you will actually be able to boot from them properly, across just about any motherboard.

do you notice the difference from a ssd?

Honestly mate it was put in there for the wank factor / love of new things, and simply "because I could".
That said, dear god it is quick. Boot time is nothing, installing programs is nothing. I moved my old 120GB Samsung EVO SSD into the family HTPC and whilst it sped it up, it's got nothing on my PC.

May you please post it's benchmark with CrystalDiskMark

When i inserted it as a not boot it was great and managed to get very high numbers

formatted it and installed a new fresh windows, used CrystalDiskMark again to find that numbers is almost the half !! my SSDNOW 240GB numbers is higher than it !!

is their a firmware upgrade for it ?!
