preferably from mindfactory.de
Can you build something ? Ryzen/Intel

Pc is for gaming , and yeah i have everything except CPU,GPU,MOBO and Ram
PSU is m12ii 620 evo , and case is nzxt phantom 410

If they don't have a CPU they most likely won't have a CPU cooler. If they did it most likely won't be much better than the stock coolers already including in locked modern chips.

To op, I'm assuming it's 60hz refresh rate? If so, you won't need anything more powerful than an RX 580 or GTX 1060 6gb.

Im actually from Croata but im gonna go over Slovenia when i will be ordering , i would like to get 60fps in all games , i would prefer 1070 because also i want a little bit of future prof

Ryzen will be great for 60hz gaming plus great multi core performance.
Great CPU cooler for very high overclocks.
Very nice overclocking motherboard.
Fast 16Gb of ram will get through any game plus multitasking.
The RX 580 8gb will be plenty for 1080p 60hz gaming, even on AAA games with ultra settings.

The RX 580 will last a long time before needing to upgrade.
