Can you change language settings in registry windows 7

Hi Everyone.... is their a way that i can change the language settings within RegEdit so when i build new end user OS i don't have to go into each profile and change the Language settings ... i did try to look from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\MultiUILanguageId

but i could not find anything ??? is this feature not on windows 7 ?

During Windows Installation you are promoted to choose your language preference/keyboard layout.

I know on my windows 7 Ultimate I can install language packs after installation of windows.. They show up in Windows Update for me at least.

Thanks for reply ....

You are right about this but the issue i am having is that i need to go into each profile and change it from American English / Location to England & also keyboard layout... just looking for quicker ways around this within Windows RegEdit.
