Can you change your dedicated video memory from 32 to 64 or higher?

Can i change my dedicated video memory? i have 4gb ram i wanted to play games on my laptop but i think dedicated video memory set to 32 make my laptop run slow is it possible to improve if i ever change the dedicated video memory? help.
 
Solution
You might in the bios settings. I had a Lapyop with ATI xpress 1100 and i could change form 8mb, 16mb, 32mb and 64 mb of shared video memory. but i do not think there would be much improvent
