Question Can you change your MAC adress?? Please Help

Hello Guys, I have to be honest about this one, I modded a game and I went online without the the .ddl because last update wasnt letting me use it, needless to say I got banned.
I dont want to stop playing so I got a vpn and I want to change my MAC adress, Idk if its possible read online an article and the guy says it is.

Are any of this methods true? and is it possible to change your MAC adress?
