This is going to be a hell of a post, I feel sorry for you if you answer this one good... (PLEASE!!) Btw my english is not perferct..

Hi, in may me and my friends are going to build our own PC's, but since they don't want to learn everything about it, I am given the task to help them give them recommended parts for their budget. Please look over the builds and tell me what you would do differently, and if sometihing will not be compatible.

Build A: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pgvR6X

I am aware that the ssd is a bit expensive, and that the 600p is a better price/performance choise, but I want the 960 evo xD

Build B: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TrZQYr

On this one I also am aware of the 960 evo, I have told my friend that the 600p is a better choice, but he didn't want to change. On this one I also wonder if the phanteks 400s comes with a fan controller, it says it does... Will it be enough to connect all the fans, or do I have to buy an additional fan controller? He knows that it follows an Intel stock cooler, but he want it to be quiet (pun intended, sorry.) So I am wondering if the cooler will interfere with the ram?

Build C: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LGrGD8

On this one I will use the 2 included fans that comes with the case aswell, so basically the same question on the last one.. Do I need another fan controller?

Build D: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/k7zvcc

On this one you can see that it is not a power supply, that's because he is just upgrading hi pc that he bought for not so long ago, so I only want to know if the cpu cooler will interfere with the ram.

Build E: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xjfppb

As you might see, the one that's going to have this one, LOVE white/blue. The one thing i wonder on this one is that the fan controller that comes with the case... How do I power it?

Solution
Yes I did I stated what I would do different on every build.
Fan controllers are not needed and the case has instruction on how to hook it's up.
Example on build E this build crushes your performance for 20 bucks less you can use that to buy LED strips. You can up the memory speed to 3000 if you wish.

A. faster 3000 mrmory, SATA SSD, smaller PSU not spending 75 bucks on extra fans.
B. Cryorig M9i cooler, SATA SSD, 2400 memory smaller PSU, not spending 90 bucks on fans.
C. Cryorig M9li cooler, SATA SSD, 2400 memory.
D. Cryorig M9i cooler, SSD and the 1 TB blue drive, 2400 memory, unknown PSU.

The price to performance on most of the builds are not very good.
