Could you please tell me if this build fits the case and is overall considered compatible ? Thanks

Intel Core i7-10700K
Noctua NH-D15
MSI MAG Z490 TOMAHAWK ATX LGA1200
Kingston HyperX Fury 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16
Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB M.2
MSI GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB GAMING X TRIO
NZXT H710 ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold

A very nice build.
Don't change a thing except:

The NH-D15 is a great cooler, but there may be a couple of compatibility issues:
a) If your ram is taller than 32mm you may need to adjust the front fan height.
b) The cooler is so wide that it may interfere with a backplate on your graphics card.

I might suggest the NH-D15s which is a high compatibility version that fixes both issues:

Cooling performance is comparable as is the price.
Adding a second front fan gains a very small improvement in performance.

Would it not be better to simply remove one fan od the nh d15 in case it does not fit ? Price is not that different.

The front fan issue is easy, you have plenty of room to move the fan up a bit if needed.
Of more concern is the possible interference with your graphics card when installed in the usual first Pcie x16 slot.
The NH-D15 is 150mm wide and it is centered on the processor.
It looks to me like your graphics cad has a substantial backplate which might impact the cooler.
The alternative NH-D15s is slightly offset to avoid such issues.
Some time ago, I used the NH-U14 cooler with a similar width.
It came so close to touching my graphics card that did not have a backplate that I felt the need to insert a paper shim to avoid contact.

If you own the D15, or if The D15s is unavailable, try the D15.
Otherwise I would use the D15s. It is essentially the same cooler.

I get what you mean. I will probably get the d15s.
