Any particular reason for two 2TB M.2 SSD's? Normally you have a 500GB SSD for your O/S and a 2TB SSD for your storage.
The reason for the separate O/S SSD is in case you have to reformat you don't lose all your stuff but tbh I'm in the pro single 2TB SSD + B660 board group myself.I am lost on this comment?
Pretty sure the "normal" is what you can afford

build is for video editing and gamingWhat is the purpose of the build? I could assume gaming, but then that 5950X is setting off a bunch of flags.
there is no particular reason besides i want the storage spaceAny particular reason for two 2TB M.2 SSD's? Normally you have a 500GB SSD for your O/S and a 2TB SSD for your storage.
The norm is 500GB for your O/S (Windows) and another larger SSD for storage. The reason for that is so that you don't lose any data if and when you reformat.there is no particular reason besides i want the storage space
Can't argue with a 5950X for that, then. Your list is missing a cooler though.build is for video editing and gaming
going to be used for editing and gaming. my monitor is 1080p 240hz. i do plan on upgrading monitorsI going to assume video editing etc. Otherwise that CPU is pointless. I guess let us know what you plan to use this PC for and what resolution your monitor is etc.
yeah just hadn't decided yetCan't argue with a 5950X for that, then. Your list is missing a cooler though.
thank you i adjusted accordinglyThe norm is 500GB for your O/S (Windows) and another larger SSD for storage. The reason for that is so that you don't lose any data if and when you reformat.
