Can you Comment on User-Made Tutorials?

On Toms, users can write tutorials, and even when reading it it says "Comments: 0". Well, there seems to be no way to comment on one.

Correct. This is by design.

Correct, you cannot comment directly on a tutorial. However, as of yesterday, we've managed to create a bit of a "merge" functionality that will allow us to attach a comment thread to the tutorial, so to speak. If you think a tutorial warrants a comment or discussion thread, it's now possible to create one and have a moderator help you attach it to the tutorial. Note that this will cause the thread to stop being listed (visible) in the forums, though you can still access it from the tutorial or via direct links.
