[SOLVED] Can you connect Corsair RGB fans to motherboard?

Ik some msi boards have the jcorsair header, but is there a way to connect Corsair RGB fans, specifically the LL140s, to motherboards without a jcorsair header?

I believe you can't. Corsair makes the hubs to force you to use their iCUE software basically.
