Question Can you disable PIN?

I have just moved from Windows 10 to 11 on my PC and am getting frustrated that I need to enter my PIN code so often.....

• When it first boots up
• Waking up after a sleep
• Whenever it auto-fills a username/password

My PC is very secure and I do not want/need this security. On Windows 10 there was no need to enter this data.....is it possible to set Windows 11 the same and do away with this?

Perhaps this will help, give it a go. If you migrated to Window 11 using the internal migration system, then you should consider reinstalling Windows 11 after recreating your bootable USB installer for said OS.

All sorted now. It is possible, but a bit fiddly!!!!
