Can you do diagnosis on my PC? My client asks.

I have this client that keeps his PC's up to date and very clean. He doesn't have anything installed that he doesn't use. His systems are the cleanest, from all of my clients. Yet he has few problems here and there and calls me up.

While I am there he wants me to run diagnosis on his PC's. I can tell everything seems ok just by looking at them. But i can tell that when i tell him that, he doesn't like it.

Any suggestion on how to handle this? Is there any tool that will run some sort of diagnosis without doing any harm to the pc?

If it's a Dell, you can run diags from the utility partition.
