He means that you $800-900 budget includes the peripherals. He's asking for at least $800 on the computer itself.
 
Tried to stay as close to that original $600 budget as I could without sacrificing too much. This should Ultra BF4, and most other modern games.

Since you're budget is between 800-900 I made this. This will run all, if not most, games ( including BF4 ) at their highest settings. You can OC the 6300 if you want to and this mobo lets you do that. Also good upgradabilty for the future
