Hello everyone i got a problem with my screen maybe by windows or the GPU itself ! can anyone help with that ?

look at the picture I provide there is a vertical line of pixels that is taken or shift to the right / left of the screen sometimes it happen by itself I don't know why and it goes when i restart my pc !

what is causing this problem its anything from Hardware or software or windows ?

Dell S2417DG Display
RTX 3070ti Msi suprim X gpu
Windows 11 Home 64bit
Everything is updated !
