Hey! this is my first build and I don't fully trust PC part picker. Can you please tell me if my parts are compatible and if I will have and troubles during the build? I appreciate it! (gaming PC)

The build is good and well balanced, gtx 1070 is overkill if you are playing on 1080p monitor, GTX 1060 can max out all games in 1080p and it cost much less. Also your motherboard is overkill if you don't need the extra features it offers. I would suggest you to get different PSU, have seen too many cases of Corsair RMx dying even if they are supposed to be great quality. Stay away from Corsair PSU's and buy EVGA Supernova G2 or P2 750W instead, it is also cheaper.

The money you save from getting cheaper motherboard and gtx 1060 should be invested in better CPU, the 6700K, it is more future proof and modern games use hyperthreading, it also runs at higher stock clocks.

What 6700k where you talking about? There isnt an i5 6700 right?

6700 and 6700K are i7, they have hyperthreading, that's why it works better in newer games that support it, if you use the PC only for games i5 is enough for now, but will not be as good in the future.

Will work fine, though you could cheap a bit out on the psu, 650w or even 550w unit would be enough even with a OC, also you could add a 1tb hard drive, since it's useless for most games to be run on a ssd. A 250gb ssd for windows/programs and a 1 tb hdd for games is a very good combination.
