Can you have a apu and a gpu on this build ?

I have a couple of questions:
1) Can you use a apu and gpu on this build?
2) If yes on #1, do i have space on this case?
3) If yes to both #1 and #2, what graphics card should I use ?

APU: AMD AMD A6-7400K FM2+
Motherboard: ASUS Micro ATX DDR3 2400 Motherboard A78M-E
Hard Drive: WD Blue 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 7200rpm Internal Hard Drive
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1600
Case: Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case FBM-01
Power Supply: 450w (Comes with Rosewill)

IF you have a external gpu .. you don't need a apu . besides, the GFX depends on budget. I would suggest a gtx 750ti/R9 270X or a gtx 960.

If you buy an APU, that means you want some gaming capability without spending money on a dedicated GPU. If you will buy dedicated GPU, buy something like the AMD Athlon X4 860K (keeping the motherboard) or AMD FX-6300(will need different motherboard).
