Question can you help make my pc not freezing ?

Hi, after format i have problem with my pc. i dont really know what have i done but when i boot my pc for the first time of the day it freezes on the login screen before it goes to desktop. I reboot it and then its ok until it freezes after 15 minutes... everything is not responding so it force me to reboot again. after the last reboot it shoes me a black screen with couple of yellow letters EFI Shell version 2.31...... press esc to skip....(but i cant skip)
If i reboot again it will go again to that efi shell black screen but if i remove the cable from behind and put it on then the boot will be normal until freezes again after 15-30 mintues depends

i cant see the part number in memory i have to put it out
