Can you help me overclock my AMD Phenom II X4 810 and change DRAM Frequency?

So these are my specs: 4GB Ram DDR3 1333mhz (when I check cpu-z,the DRAM frequency is only 640ish MHz,i have checked in my bios and I don't have any XMP Profile to turn on or select)

AMD Phenom II X4 810 (stock speed is at 2.6GHz but I managed to bring it up to 3.1GHz,but that is still not enough for ArmA 3 since I have only 4gb ram,i want to have it somewhere at 3.6GHz. So how I managed to bring it from 2.6 to 3.1,i went into bios settings->JumperFree Configuration and changed the frequency from 200 to 239 and leave the rest on Auto. If I set it to 240 to be 3.2GHz or above, the PC won't boot, won't post beep and it will remain with a black screen. So why is that happening? I have a CHIEFTEC 500W power supply,is that not enough? Do I need to set other thing like voltages and timings?

Your RAM is running at the correct speed (1333MHz). CPU-Z and other apps show the actual clock speed. But with Double Data Rate memory mode, it is actually running at an effective speed of 666MHz times 2.

Since you CPU doesn't have an unlocked clock multiplier for the CPU, all you can do is get a few hundred MHz bump using the baseclock. If further increases in the base clock causes it to not boot or crash, that is the max you can get.
Be sure to back off the multipliers of everything else that works off the bclock too. If you haven't, they may be what is causing the crash.
