Can you please help me to find the northbridge in gigabyte z97x gaming 5 motherboard?

The Z97 boards do not carry a physical northbridge chipset, only AMD is still using northbridges.

In your picture, it is under the rectangular red heat sink with the Gigabyte design (eye thingy).

I don't think they use N/S bridge anymore, it's all combined now into 1-chip, I just call it the CHIPSET.

Why are u specifically looking for the NB if one's allowed to ask?
